An Ancient Daily Ritual to Deeply Connect to The Tree of Life

The power of prayer extends beyond any religious ritual…it is a way to connect to your higher self, to allow the energy of the universe to work through you – so your intentions can be made manifest through the attention you place on them.

Prayer is not dogmatic, nor is it limited to just putting your hands together and saying “Amen”.

In its purest form, it is the practice to help raise your vibration and commune with a higher frequency through intention.

When you deliberately start your day with an intention and spend a few moments focusing your attention on the good you would like to see made manifest in the world, you then begin to allow.

Allowing is key when you say a prayer, make a wish or set an intention…because once you declare your hope, you must allow the “balloon of belief” you’re creating to be inflated with light, not deflated with fear.

The Essene Tree of Life is an esoteric system of morning/evening “communions” to stay aligned with your intention and to consistently vibrate on the level that allows your hopes and dreams to come to fruition. The Essene’s believed this Tree of Life “represented fourteen positive forces, seven of them heavenly or cosmic forces, and seven earthly or terrestrial forces. The Tree was pictured as having seven roots reaching down into the earth and seven branches extending up toward the heavens, thus symbolizing man’s relationship to both earth and heaven”.

Starting each morning with the sunrise, spend some time with the day’s “mantra” and allow…then in the evening, after the sunset, repeat…

Monday morning: Angel of life, enter my limbs and give strength to my whole body.

(Energy/Intention: trees, and vitality)

Monday evening: Peace, peace, peace. Angel of peace be always everywhere.

(Energy/Intention: the moon, and peace within)

Tuesday morning: Angel of joy, descend upon Earth and give beauty to all beings.

(Energy/Intention: harmony)

Tuesday evening: Angel of power, descend upon my acting body, and direct my acts.

(Energy/Intention: stars, and cosmovital forces)

Wednesday morning: Angel of Sun, enter my solar center and give the fire of life to my whole body.

(Energy/Intention: solar rays)

Wednesday evening: Angel of love, descend upon my feeling body and purify all my feelings.

(Energy/Intention: superior feelings)

Thursday morning: Angel of water, enter my blood and give the waters of life to my whole body.

(Energy/Intention: rivers/creeks/etc., and circulation)

Thursday evening: Angel of wisdom, descend upon my thinking body and enlighten all of my thoughts.

(Energy/Intention: superior thoughts)

Friday morning: Angel of air, enter my lungs and give the air of life to my whole body.

(Energy/Intention: energies of the atmosphere, and breath)

Friday evening: Heavenly father and I are one.

Saturday morning: The Earthly mother and I are one. She gives the food of life to my whole body.

(Energy/Intention: nutrition)

Saturday evening: Angel of eternal life, descend upon me and give eternal life to my spirit.

(Energy/Intention: gravity/superior planets)

Sunday morning: Angel of Earth, enter my generative organs and regenerate my whole body.

(Energy/Intention: trees, and vitality)

Sunday evening: Angel of creative work, descend upon humanity and give abundance to all men.

(Energy/Intention: bees, and creative work)

Don’t look at this as a prayer in the sense of kneeling, or worshipping anything…it is all about opening to receive cosmic energies, and expanding your heart and mind.

If you allow this to become a ritual, part of your morning routine (just as brushing your teeth and getting ready for the day), every day you will begin to flow more congruently with the universe, and you will start to see a radical shift in what you see, feel, experience, and relate to.
